血脂水平与2型糖尿病患者冠状动脉病变严重程度的相关性研究

摘要
目的:探讨血脂水平与2型糖尿病患者冠状动脉病变严重程度的相关性.方法:回顾性分析2019年1月-2023年5月济南市第二人民医院收治的322例2型糖尿病合并冠状动脉疾病患者的临床资料,根据Gensini评分分为轻度组和中重度组,对比两组患者的年龄、性别、血液指标等临床资料,采用Spearman相关性分析和Logistic回归分析筛选与2型糖尿病患者冠状动脉病变严重程度的相关性因素并绘制受试者工作特征曲线评价其准确性.结果:年龄、超敏C反应蛋白、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血清脂蛋白小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血清脂蛋白α水平与2型糖尿病患者冠状动脉病变严重程度密切相关,且是其独立预测因素,血脂水平预测2型糖尿病患者冠状动脉病变严重程度的曲线下面积为0.910.结论:血脂水平可有效预测2型糖尿病患者冠状动脉病变的严重程度,且准确性较好.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between blood lipid level and the severity of coronary artery disease(CAD)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:Clinical data of 322 patients with T2DM combined CAD admitted to The Second People's Hospital of Jinan from January 2019 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into the mild group and moderate to severe group based on the Gensini score.The clinical data of age,gender,and blood indices between the two groups were compared.Spearman correlation analysis and Logistic regression analysis were used to screen for factors correlated with the severity of CAD in T2DM patients,and receiver operating characteristics curve was draw to verify the accuracy of the model.Results:Age,high sensitive C-reactive protein level,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,small dense low density lipoprotein cholesterol and lipoprotein-α levels were strongly correlated with and were predictors of the severity of CAD in T2DM patients.The area under the receiver operating characteristics curve of the blood lipid level was 0.910.Conclusion:Blood lipid level can effectively predict the severity of CAD in T2DM patients,and the accuracy was good.
