Objective:To investigate the expression characteristics of flow cytometry immunophenotyping in patients with acute leukemia(AL),and to analyze the significance of flow cytometry in the patients of acute leukemia. Methods:The flow cytometry immunophenotyping results of 175 patients with initial AL admitted in Hematologic diagnostic center ofJiangsu province hospital from May 2021 to Dec 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,to analyze the expression of antigen in the patients of acute leukemia.Results:cMPO,CD34,CD117,HLA-DR,CD13,CD33,CD15,CD123,CD58,CD15,CD123,CD58,CD81,CD38,CD11c,CD71 were expressed in 114 patients of AML;cCD3,CD34,CD10,CD81,CD38,CD71,CD2,CD5,CD7,CD4,CD1a,CD99,TDT were expressed in 10 patients of T-ALL;cCD79a,CD34,HLA-DR,CD13,CD33,CD19,CD58,CD10,CD20,CD22,CD81,CD66c,CD38,CD9,CD71were expressed in 51 patients ofB-ALL,AML and ALL had cross-line expression antigens,cross-line antigens of AML expressed were CD2,CD4,CD7,CD19,CD56;Cross-line antigens ALL expressed were HLA-DR,CD13,CD33,CD123,CD15.Three cases of rare hematological malignancy(BPDCN)were identified by flow cytometry. Conclusion:The expression of antigens in leukemia cells can detect objectively and accurately with FCM immunotyping,FCM immunotyping also can assist to judging the type and differentiation stage of leukemia cells, providing important laboratory data for the treatment and prognosis of leukemia, which has important clinical significance.
