Objective:To explore the virtue of modified lymphocyte harvest method and drip method in Lymphocyte micronucleus test. Methods:Lymphocytes were harvested by modified lymphocyte harvesting and drip method(experimental group)and conventional method(control group),and the micronucleus detection rate and working efficiency of lymphocytes were statistically analyzed by the two methods. Results:For comparison, from the same batch of samples, the modified method took less time(180 min)than the artificial group(320 min). The micronucleus rate(2.23‰±2.74‰),micronucleus cell rate(1.6‰±1.96‰)and micronucleus positive rate(57.5%)obtained by the modified method were higher than those obtained by the conventional method(1.57‰±2.3‰).1.25‰±1.73‰,46.6%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05,).Conclusion:The modified method can shorten the experimental operation time, simplify the operation procedure, reduce the mechanical damage to cells during the harvesting process, improve the detection rate oflymphocyte micronucleus, and provide more accurate detection data for clinical.
