Objective:To explore the analysis of related diseases of EB virus infection in A Third-class Hospital. Methods:A retrospective method was used to select 503 EBV-DNA positive cases in A Third-class Hospital from November 2021 to February 2023,and analyze the proportion of various diseases and the proportion of hematopoietic stem cells before and after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Results:Among the 503 EBV-DNA positive cases, include 145 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma accounted for 28.83%of the total,69 patients with lymphoma accounted for 13.72%of the total, and 156 patients with hematological malignancies accounted for 31.01%of the total,12 patients with Infectious mononucleosis accounted for 2.39%of the total,37 patients with kidney transplantation accounted for 7.36%of the total,21 patients with autoimmune system diseases accounted for 4.17%of the total, and 63 patients with other diseases accounted for the total 12.52%.Patients with hematological malignancies include acute non-lymphocytic leukemia accounting for 36.54%,acute lymphocytic leukemia accounting for13.46%,thalassemia accounting for 28.21%,aplastic anemia accounting for 12.18%,myelodysplastic syndrome accounting for 5.77%,and other blood diseases accounting for 3.85%.Among 156 cases of hematological diseases,140 cases underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Among them,86 cases were negative before EBV-DNA transplantation and positive after transplantation,18 cases were positive before transplantation and negative after transplantation,36 cases were positive after transplantation and before transplantation. Conclusion:Hematological malignancies account for the highest proportion of EBV-DNA positive cases, and the infection rate after transplantation is higher than before transplantation.Nasopharyngeal carcinoma and lymphoma accounted for the second and third EBV-DNA positives, indicating that the occurrence of the two diseases has a great correlation with EBV.
