Objective:To explore the urinary tract infections and drug sensitivity results and epidemic status in Kunming First People's Hospital in the past 5 years, and to provide a reasonable way for clinical treatment.Methods:8453 cases from the outpatient and inpatient departments of Kunming First People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 were retrospectively collected as study subjects, aged 14~95 years, and the samples sent for testing were tested by using Zhuhai Diel Bioengineering Co.The prevalence of mycoplasma infection in the First People's Hospital of Kunming was obtained by comparison and analysis with epidemiological data. Results:In the past 5 years,8453 patients,of which 2834 cases were tested positive,33.5%positive(2834/8453),of which 2231 cases were dominated by a single mycoplasma solani, accounting for 26.40%(2231/8453),the number of single human type mycoplasma 119,accounting for 1.40%(119/8453),the number of mycoplasma solani+human type accounted for 484,compared to 5.72%(484/8453),the drug sensitivity results suggest that the highest sensitivity rate of doxycycline,cross-axamycin and minocycline, and the lowest resistance rate of the three. Conclusion:Mycoplasma urealyticum(Uu)and mycoplasma hominis(Mh)mixed infections in the First People's Hospital of Kunming were mainly detected, and the drug sensitivity rate decreased and the drug resistance rate increased. The current recommendations for clinical delivery of specimen type secretions, and the drugs of choice for treatment are cross-spectin,doxycycline,and minocycline.
