Objective:To investigate the effect and influence of infusion of leucocyte suspended red cells for different storage time in patients with digestive system malignant tumors during perioperative period. Methods:Clinical data of 110 patients diagnosed with digestive system malignant tumors admitted to Dongtai People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were collected. All patients were treated with transfusion of leucocyte suspended red blood cells during perioperative period.Patients with infusion storage time ofleucocyte suspended red blood cells ≥14 days were included in the observation group(n=60).Patients whose infusion storage time was<14 days were included in the control group(n=50).The changes of blood routine, liver function, electrolyte and coagulation function before and after transfusion were compared between the two groups. Results:The blood transfusion effective rate of the observation group was 88.3%(53/60),while that of the control group was 86.0%(43/50).In comparison, there was no significant difference between the blood transfusion effective rate of the control group and the observation group(P>0.05).After blood transfusion,Hb and HCT of the two groups were significantly increased compared with those before blood transfusion, with statistical significance(P<0.05),while PLT had no significant change(P>0.05).There were no differences in Hb,PLT and HCT between the observation group and the control group after blood transfusion(P>0.05).After blood transfusion,K+,T-Bil and D-Bil in both observation group and control group were significantly increased compared with those before blood transfusion, while Ca2++was significantly decreased, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After blood transfusion, the K+and T-Bil of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and their differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PT between the observation group and the control group before and after blood transfusion(P>0.05).Conclusion:In patients with malignant tumors of digestive system during perioperative period, infusion of leucocyte suspended red blood cells for ≥ 14 days has little influence on blood routine and coagulation function, and has certain influence on K+and T-Bil.
