Objective:To investigate the differences in the rsults of creatine kinase isoenzymes(ck-mb)by immunosuppression,chemiluminescence and latex immunoturbidimetry,and the resons for the pseudo-elevation of immunosuppressive results in different diseases.Methods:The serum of30patients whose mmunosuppressive assay results were greater than the critical value were selected in 2021,and the differences in results were compared by chemiluminescence and latex immunoturbidimetry.Analyze whether the 30 cases have false elevated CK-MB.The diagnostic results of the 30 cases and the reasons for the increase of CK-MB activity were analyzed.Results:Of these 30 immunosuppressive cases,the CKMB activity was all critical in only 5 cases and the tesults of latex immunoturbidimetry were elevated by chemiluminescence detection,and only 5 cases were increased by latex immunoturbidimetry.In 4 of these 30 cases,the test results were elevated by three methods,most of which were falsely elevated in CK-MB activity,and tumors andother diseases would produce huge CK or CK-BB interfered with immunosuppressive methods,resulting in elevated test results.Conclusion:Many diseases can lead to an increase in CK-MB activity,caused by interference with their measurement methods,which can reduce misdiagnosis by quality or immunoelectric methods.
