Objective:To explore the distribution characteristics of inhaled allergens in children with respiratory allergies in Tai'an region, and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this population. Methods:From September 2021 to September 2023,510 children with respiratory allergies who visited Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected,10 types of inhaled allergen IgE(sIgE)antibodies were detected by immunoblotting assay and statistically analyze the detection results. Results:The total positive rate of inhalation allergens in 510 children was 58.63%,the highest positive rate was the house dust mite/dust mite(33.92%),followed by the mold combination(16.67%)and mugwort(10.59%);There was no significant difference in the total positive rate of inhaled allergens between male and female children(P>0.05);There were statistically significant difference in the total positive rate of inhaled allergens, house dust mites/dust mites, and cat dander among different age groups(P<0.05);The highest positive rate of inhaled allergens in summer(72.00%),there were statistically significant differences in the total positive rates of allergens, house dust mites/dust mites, mugwort, humulus, mold combinations, and tree pollen combinations in different seasons(P<0.05).Conclusion:The common inhalation allergens in children with respiratory allergies in Tai'an region are house dust mites/dust mites, mold combinations, and mugwort, the distribution differences of inhalation allergens are related to age and seasons.
