胆囊癌组织CyclinD1和CDC25A基因表达及其临床病理意义

摘要
目的 探讨细胞周期蛋白D1 (CyclinD1)和细胞分裂周期蛋白25A(CDC25A) mRNA在胆囊癌组织中的表达及其临床意义.方法 采用逆转录-聚合酶链式反应方法测定44例胆囊癌以及35例慢性胆囊炎黏膜组织中CyclinD1、CDC25A mRNA的表达水平.结果 胆囊癌组织中CyclinD1、CDC25A mRNA表达量与慢性胆囊炎黏膜组织比较,差异均有显著性(t=5.84、11.44,P＜0.05);但胆囊癌组织中CyclinD1、CDC25A mRNA表达量与淋巴结转移无关.结论 CyclinD1、CDC25A mRNA的表达与胆囊癌的发病有关,但与病人预后无关.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expressions of cell cycle protein (CyclinD1) and cell division cycle 25 protein A (CDC25A) mRNA in gallbladder cancer tissue and clinical significance.Methods Using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction method,the expressions of CyclinD1 and CDC25A mRNA in tissue of 44 cases of gallbladder cancer and 35 cases of chronic cholecystitis were detected.Results The differences in expressions of CyclinD1 and CDC25A mRNA between gallbladder cancer and chronic cholecystitis were significant (t =5.84,11.44;P ＜0.05),but the expression levels of CyclinD1 and CDC25A mRNA in the cancer were not associated with lymphatic metastasis.Conclusion CyclinD1 and CDC25A mRNA expression is related to the incidence of gallbladder cancer,but not to the prognosis of patients.
