摘要

目的 观察半导体激光并针刺疗法治疗急性乳腺炎的效果.方法 将急性乳腺炎病人80例,随机分为对照组(40例)与治疗组(40例)2组.对照组病人给予口服头孢克洛缓释片每次0.375 g,每天2次,5d为1个疗程,同时外敷金黄如意散;治疗组病人除口服抗生素外,进行半导体激光照射及针刺治疗,每天1次,7d为1个疗程.治疗结束比较两组疗效.结果 治疗组治愈17例,显效14例,有效8例,无效1例;对照组治愈5例,显效12例,有效14例,无效9例,两组疗效比较差异有显著性(x2=14.74,P<0.05).结论 半导体激光并针刺疗法治疗急性乳腺炎效果显著.

Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy of semiconductor laser therapy combined with acupuncture treatment for acute mastitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute mastitis were equally and randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was orally given cefaclor sustained-release tablets (0.375 g each time,twice a day for five days as a course of treatment) and received external application of golden Ruyi powder.The treatment group received semiconductor laser irradiation and acupuncture treatment (once a day for seven days as a course of treatment) in addition to oral antibiotics.The treatment outcome were compared between the two groups.Results Of the 40 patients in the treatment group,17 were cured,14 showed a marked response,8 showed a response,and 1 showed no response.Of the 40 patients in the control group,5 were cured,12 showed a marked response,14 showed a response,and 9 showed no response.There was a significant difference in treatment outcome between the two groups (x2 =14.74,P<0.05).Conclusion Semiconductor laser therapy combined with acupuncture treatment has significant efficacy in the treatment of acute mastitis.
