SERUM THE RESEARCH OF THE LEVELS OF MINERALS AND THE VARIOUS LIPIDS METABOLISM IN PATIENTS WITH TRIPLE-NEGATIVE BREAST CANCER
Objective To analyze the levels of minerals and the various lipids metabolism in patients with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC),and compare the differences of them in TNBC,Luminal A breast cancer and healthy population. Methods A total of 153 TNBC patients (TNBC group),152 patients with Luminal A breast cancer (LABC) (LABC group),and 150 healthy subjects (control group) were enrolled in this study. The following indices were measured and compared between the three groups:collect the data of body mass index (BMI),and levels of calcium (Ca),phosphorus (P),magnesium (Mg),triglyceride fat (TG),total cholesterol (TC),high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C),and low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) in the bloodlevels from 153 TNBC patients,152 Luminal A breast cancer patients and 150 healthy people, and explore the differences among the three groups. Results There was no significant difference in BMI between the TNBC group and the other two groups (P>0.05).The TNBC group had significantly higher levels of Ca,P,Mg,TG,and LDL-C levels of the TNBC patients are significantly higher than the other two groups (F=2.34 8.47,P<0.05).And the control group had a significantly higher HDL-C levels of TNBC patients and Luminal A breast cancer patients are significantly lower than healthy peoplethe other two groups (F=8.465,P<0.05).These differences are all statistically significant. Conclusion TNBC patients have significantly higher the levels of minerals and TG level of TNBC patients are significantly higher than other two groups LABC patients and healthy subjects, and a significantly lowerthe HDL-C level of TNBC patients is lower than the healthy groupsubjects.
