摘要

目的 总结纵隔肿瘤的影像学诊断思路及其在影像学方面的最新研究进展.方法 应用PubMed和CNKI期刊全文数据库检索系统,以"纵隔、计算机断层扫描、磁共振成像"等为关键词,检索从建库至2023-05-31发表的相关中英文文献,整理和总结纵隔不同分区好发肿瘤的影像学表现,同时对纵隔肿瘤影像诊断的最新研究进展进行文献回顾,以探究未来的研究方向.结果 纵隔肿瘤种类繁多、发病率较低,其影像表现复杂多样,鉴别诊断困难,通常需要临床、影像、病理、实验室检查共同综合诊断.CT功能成像、MRI定量和成像技术及分子功能成像在纵隔诊断领域应用逐渐广泛,近年来影像组学和深度学习在纵隔肿瘤诊断及预后方面的研究日益增多.结论 未来可继续将影像学检查新技术应用于纵隔肿瘤的诊断及预后方向,同时进一步探究深度学习及人工智能在纵隔的应用.

Abstract

Objective To summarize the imaging diagnostic ideas and the latest research progress in imaging of mediastinal tumors.Methods By using PubMed and CNKI journal full-text database retrieval systems,relevant Chinese and English literature from the establishment of the database to the publication of May 31,2023 was searched with keywords such as"mediastinum,computed tomography,magnetic resonance imaging".The imaging manifestations of tumors in different zones of the mediastinum were organized and summarized.The latest research progress in imaging diagnosis of mediastinal tumors was reviewed to explore future research directions.Results Mediastinal tumors have various pathological subtypes and low incidence rate.Their imaging manifestations are complex and diverse,and it is difficult to make differential diag-nosis.It usually requires comprehensive diagnosis of clinical,imaging,pathological and laboratory examinations.CT functional imaging,MRI quantitative and imaging techniques,and molecular functional imaging are gradually being widely used in the field of mediastinal diagnosis.In recent years,research on imaging omics and deep learning in the diagnosis and prognosis of mediastinal tumors has been increasing.Conclusion In the future,new imaging techniques can continue to be applied in the diagnosis and prognosis of mediastinal tumors,while further exploring the application of deep learning and artificial intelligence in the mediastinum.
