目的 综述质子治疗脑转移瘤的现状以及发展前景.方法 使用PubMed及中国知网数据库检索系统,以"肿瘤、放射治疗、质子放疗、脑转移瘤"为中文关键词,"tumor、radiation therapy、proton radiation therapyA brain metastasis tumor"为英文关键词,检索2001-04-01-2023-04-30发表的相关文献.纳入标准:(1)脑转移的质子治疗;(2)脑转移的放射治疗;(3)颅脑肿瘤的质子治疗.排除标准:(1)数据陈旧文献;(2)内容相似或重复.最终共纳入45篇文献.结果 质子治疗脑转移可降低治疗毒性,更好地保护危及器官及正常组织,改善远期生存,具有很好的应用价值.大分割质子治疗肿瘤控制效果与光子治疗效果相当.创新质子治疗方式,例如质子迷你束放疗和质子FLASH治疗可进一步降低毒性.目前质子治疗脑转移瘤研究较少,需要大量的高水平临床研究验证其效果.结论 未来质子治疗可能会成为新型有效治疗脑转移瘤的方法,但需要加强综合应用及对新技术开发的研究.
Current status and prospects of proton therapy for brain metastasis cancer
Objective To review the current status and future prospects of proton therapy in the treatment of brain metasta-ses.Methods The key words"tumor,radiation therapy,proton radiation therapy,brain metastasis tumor"were select-ed from PubMed and Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure databases.A systematic search was conducted for rele-vant literature from April 1,2001,to April 30,2023.Inclusion criteria were as follows:(1)Proton therapy for brain metastases;(2)Radiotherapy for brain metastasis;(3)Proton therapy for brain tumors.Exclusion criteria:(1)Relevant studies with outdated data;(2)literature with similar or duplicate content.A total of 45 articles were included.Results Proton therapy for brain metastases can reduce therapeutic toxicity,better protect endangered organs and normal tissues,improve long-term survival,and have good application value.The tumor control effect of large-scale proton ther-apy is comparable to that of photon therapy.Innovative proton therapy methods,such as proton mini beam radiotherapy and proton FLASH therapy,can further reduce toxicity.At present,there is limited research on proton therapy for brain metastases,and a large number of high-level clinical studies are needed to verify its effectiveness.Conclusion Proton therapy may become a new and effective method for treating brain metastases in the future,but it is necessary to strengthen com-prehensive application and research on the development of new technologies.
