Hotspots and evolutionary trends of upper gastrointestinal cancer screening in China
Objective To explore the current development of research on upper gastrointestinal cancer screening in China,and identify the hot topics and trends,and to provide reference for the development of upper gastrointestinal cancer screening.Methods Literature related to upper gastrointestinal cancer screening was retrieved from the CNKI and wan-fang Data,and the knowledge map of the publishing country,author,institution and keywords was drawn by CiteSpace for visual analysis.Results A total of 683 articles were included.The number of papers published in the field of upper gastrointestinal cancer screening in China had shown a gradual upward trend with a peak,and scholars and research insti-tutions with high academic influence had been formed,but there was a lack of academic cooperation.The research focuses on screening methods and techniques,risk assessment of high-risk groups,screening results and influencing factors.The form of screening had gradually changed from the initial population screening to opportunistic screening,and the study of opportunistic screening was an important trend of current and future research.Conclusion Research in the field of upper gastrointestinal cancer screening still has a huge space for development.In the future,research collaboration should be strengthened,obstacles and promoting factors in the implementation and promotion of upper gastrointestinal cancer screening should be paid attention to,and targeted research in this field should be gradually developed and improved.
