冗余资源、资源柔性与企业研发投入研究

摘要
以2017-2021年沪深A股上市制造业公司为样本,从已吸收冗余和未吸收冗余两个方面探究冗余资源对企业研发创新的影响,并分析资源柔性在冗余资源与企业创新研发投入关系中的调节作用.结果表明:已吸收冗余推动企业研发投入;未吸收冗余阻碍企业研发投入;资源柔性与企业研发投入存在正相关关系;资源柔性对冗余资源与企业研发投入起正向调节作用.因此,企业要加强对内部冗余资源的挖掘和利用,重视已吸收冗余,提升企业资源柔性水平,以增加企业研发投入.
Abstract
Using manufacturing companies listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares from 2017 to 2021 as samples,this paper explores the impact of redundant resources on enterprise research and development innovation from two aspects:absorbed redundancy and unabsorbed redundancy,and ana-lyzes the moderating role of resource flexibility in the relationship between redundant resources and enterprise innovation research and development investment.The results indicate that absorbed redun-dancy drives enterprise research and development investment while unabsorbed redundancy hinders enterprise research and development investment,and resource flexibility has a positive correlation with enterprise research and development investment as well as a positive moderating effect on redundant resources and enterprise research and development investment.Therefore,enterprises should strengthen the excavation and utilization of internal redundant resources,attach importance to absorbed redun-dancy,improve the flexibility level of enterprise resources,and increase research and development investment.
