摘要

高校教师是高校铸牢中华民族共同体意识的教育主体,肩负着培养堪当民族复兴大任时代新人的重要使命.新时代,高校教师铸牢中华民族共同体意识具有思想引领、精神塑造、时代孕育和实践提升的归一性价值,明确"五个认同"与理想信念、"四个自信"与民族利益、社会主义核心价值观与时代特色、社会跃迁与思想转型之间的逻辑统一关系,生成价值导向.基于此,高校教师应坚持教育者先受教育,遵循不断加强政治、理论、身份和实践四个认同的生成路径,肩负起铸牢中华民族共同体意识的责任与使命.

Abstract

University teachers are the main educators who consolidate the sense of community for the Chinese nation in universities,and shoulder the important mission of cultivating new talents who are worthy of the great task of national rejuvenation.In the new era,university teachers have a normalized value of ideological guidance,spiritual shaping,era nurturing,and practical improvement in consolida-ting the sense of community for the Chinese nation.They clarify the logical unity relationship between the"five identifications"and ideal beliefs,the"four confidences"and national interests,the socialist core values and era characteristics,and social transition and ideological transformation,generating a value orientation.Based on this,university teachers should receive education first,follow the path of continuously strengthening the four identities of politics,theory,identity,and practice,and shoulder the responsibility and mission of consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation.
