铸牢中华民族共同体视域下黔南土司文化遗产可持续保护与开发研究

摘要
土司文化遗产对于了解中华民族形成的历史,铸牢中华民族共同体意识具有重要的意义.黔南州土司文化遗产种类丰富,但现阶段存在保护力度不够,有不同程度的损毁;相关部门认识不足,缺少切实可行的保护规划等问题.因此,应制定区域性法规,为土司文化遗产保护提供法治保障;建设"黔南州土司文化陈列馆",进一步做好宣传工作;推动申报保护名录,鼓励和支持土司文化遗产活化利用;协调土司家族参与,多元力量参与土司文化遗产保护;依托全域旅游,深度推进土司文旅融合;组织学界深入研究,抢救与保存土司遗存.
Abstract
The cultural heritage of chieftain is of great significance for understanding the history of the formation of the Chinese nation and consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation.Qian-nan Prefecture has a rich variety of chieftain cultural heritage,but at present,there is insufficient pro-tection and varying degrees of damage in the protection as well as insufficient understanding of relevant departments and lack of practical and feasible protection plans.Therefore,regional regulations can be formulated to provide legal protection for the protection of chieftain cultural heritage.Qiannan Prefec-tural Chieftain Cultural Exhibition Hall can be established for further carrying out publicity work.Mo-reover,promoting the application for protection list to encourage and support the revitalization and uti-lization of chieftain cultural heritage,coordinating the participation of chieftain families and diverse forces in the protection of chieftain cultural heritage,relying on comprehensive tourism to deeply pro-mote the integration of chieftain culture and tourism,and organizing in-depth research in the academ-ic community to rescue and preserve the remains of chieftains,all of these measures can solve the problems in Qiannan chieftain cultural heritage protection.
