摘要

学校课程治理现代化是公共治理转型锚定的新领域,是新时代学校课程高质量发展与建设的重点.在学校课程治理现代化的趋向中,行动者网络理论可以作为拓宽课程治理视野的一种新型治理路径.它通过促成事物为本的"次元弥合"、摒弃治理实践的"云霓之望"、达成教育主体的"等闲视之"从而耦合治理现代化的价值意蕴;并基于"异质性利益相关主体的指涉""导向素养建构的育人价值理合""异体同构的治理机制生成"三个层次使得行动者网络理论的本体结构相适于课程治理现代化的内涵体系.然而,基于当下课程治理现实,由动态治理过程伴生出教育场域中的风险社会危机,即路径依赖危机下"大众"的附和、集体行动困境下"大众"的彷徨、协同育人"闹剧"下的"孤芳自赏".因此,分别从权力空间的重塑、价值信念的重构以及素养共育的重温三个维度提出消解策略:基于循证研究让治理秩序回归、鉴于共同体化让治理自觉回溯、源于良性协调发展让平等视界回迁.

Abstract

The modernization of school curriculum governance is a new field anchored by the transfor-mation of public governance,and a key focus of high-quality development and construction of school curriculum in the new era.In the trend of modernizing school curriculum governance,actor network theory can serve as a new governance path to broaden the perspective of curriculum governance.It couples the value implications of governance modernization by promoting the"dimensional fusion"of things as the foundation,abandoning the"hope of governance practice",and achieving the"indiffer-ence"of educational subjects.Based on the three levels of"referring to heterogeneous stakeholders,""guiding the construction of educational values,"and"generating heterogeneous and isomorphic gov-ernance mechanisms,"the ontology structure of actor network theory is suitable for the connotation system of modernization of curriculum governance.However,based on the current reality of curriculum governance,the dynamic governance process is accompanied by a risk society crisis in the education field,namely the attachment of the"masses"under the path dependence crisis,the confusion of the"masses"under the collective action dilemma,and the"loneliness and self-appreciation"under the collaborative education"farce".Therefore,dissolution strategies are proposed from three dimensions:reshaping power space,reconstructing values and beliefs,and revisiting literacy co-education:retur-ning governance order based on evidence-based research,consciously tracing governance based on community,and shifting the perspective of equality from benign and coordinated development.
