摘要
高校教师是做好思想政治教育工作的具体组织者、推动者、实践者,是教育引导学生做人做事的一面镜子和成长成才的人生导师,其职业道德修养直接影响到思想政治教育工作的成效和育人质量,直接影响着高校立德树人根本任务的有效实施.新时代对高校教师职业道德修养提出了内涵更深广、标准更高严、影响更深远的要求,这就要求教师坚守育人的初心使命,必须从党的创新理论中汲取营养、以做党和人民满意的好老师为追求标准、在推进"三全育人"的实践行动中加强职业道德修养,在实践中强化党的创新理论对大学生的思想引领,强化中华优秀传统文化对大学生情操的熏陶浸润,强化社会主义核心价值观对大学生责任意识的培育塑造.
Abstract
University teachers are the specific organizers,promoters,and practitioners of ideological and political education work,serving as a mirror for guiding students to behave and grow,as well as life mentors.Their professional ethics cultivation directly affects the effectiveness and quality of ideo-logical and political education work,and directly affects the effective implementation of the fundamen-tal task of moral education in universities.The new era has put forward a deeper and broader connota-tion,higher and stricter standards,and a more far-reaching impact on the professional ethics cultiva-tion of university teachers.Teachers are required to adhere to their original mission of educating peo-ple,draw nourishment from the Communist Party of China's innovative theory,pursue the standard of being a good teacher who satisfies the Communist Party of China and the people,strengthen profession-al ethics cultivation in promoting the practice of"comprehensive education",strengthen the ideological guidance of the Communist Party of China's innovative theory on college students in practice,strength-en the influence and infiltration of Chinese excellent traditional culture on college students'sentiments,and strengthen the cultivation and shaping of socialist core values on college students'sense of respon-sibility.
