摘要
我国劳动课程实施的现实困境主要表现为劳动和教育分离、组织结构失衡、实施过程异化三个方面.源于古典哲学和心理学的"活动理论"以"活动"为逻辑起点和中心范畴,将劳动教育活动视为包含活动系统基本六要素整体规划的系统工程,该理论用于分析劳动课程实施困境、优化课程实施路径上体现出其适切性.针对上述问题,活动理论启示通过难点突破保障劳动课程实效、系统优化课程实施结构、师资培训强化课程理解来破解劳动课程实施的现实困境而优化其路径.
Abstract
The practical difficulties in implementing labor courses in China mainly manifest in three aspects:separation of labor and education,imbalance of organizational structure,and alienation of the implementation process.The activity theory,originating from classical philosophy and psychology,takes"activity"as its logical starting point and central category,and regards labor education activities as a systematic engineering that includes the basic six elements of the activity system.This theory is used to analyze the dilemma in implementing labor courses and optimize the implementation path of courses,demonstrating its appropriateness.To solve the above problems,this pape adopts the activity theory to break through the difficulties to ensure the effectiveness of labor courses,systematically optimizie the implementation structure of courses,and strengthen teachers'understanding of labor courses through teacher training.
