项目式学习:拔尖创新后备人才培养的新思路

摘要
我国基础教育阶段应注重培养拔尖创新后备人才,顺应知识经济时代背景下的发展趋势.基于当前拔尖创新后备人才培养过程中在教学对象、教学目标、教学内容方面仍存在的问题,项目式学习可为此提供新思路.通过厘清项目式学习的内涵与特征,分析项目式学习指导拔尖创新后备人才培养具有必要性与可行性.结合UbD逆向设计理论与拔尖创新后备人才培养目标,从定制主题计划、活动产品制作、交流反思评价三个阶段设计指向基础教育阶段拔尖创新后备人才培养的项目式学习模式.
Abstract
The foundational education stage should pay attention to cultivating top-notch innovative reserve talents in China,conforming to the development trend under the background of knowledge e-conomy era.Based on the problems existing in the teaching targets,teaching objectives and teaching contents in the process of cultivating top-notch innovative reserve talents,project-based learning can provide new ideas.By clarifying the connotation and characteristics of project-based learning,our study analyzes the necessity and feasibility of project-based learning to guide the cultivation of top-notch innovative reserve talents.Combined with the Understanding by Design theory(UbD)and the goal of cultivating top-notch innovative reserve talents,the project-based learning mode of cultiva-ting top-notch innovative reserve talents in the foundational education stage is designed from the three stages of customized theme plan,activity product production and communication reflection evalu-ation.
