摘要
学前儿童由于受到其自身发展特点诸如自我中心、认知有限、自身气质等的制约,在日常生活中表现出强烈的自我需求,若自我需求得不到满足,会表现出强烈的情绪失控.特别是部分儿童由于父母的教养方式不科学加上幼儿园教师的引导方法不当,导致儿童情绪不稳定,会出现更多的敌意攻击行为.因此,在学前教育阶段促进学前儿童情绪调节,让儿童情绪安定愉快是必要的.在综合考量家园协同促进儿童情绪调节的价值前提下,通过倡导对儿童不当的情绪表达坚持说"不",可巧用龄长儿童的榜样作用、借助儿童绘本的情绪调节价值及共建儿童友好成长环境等策略促进学前儿童情绪调节.
Abstract
Preschool children,due to their own developmental characteristics,such as self-centered-ness,limited cognition,and temperament,exhibit strong self needs in daily life.If their self needs are not met,they will exhibit strong emotional loss.Especially for some children,due to the unscientific parenting style of their parents and improper guidance methods from kindergarten teachers,their emo-tions are unstable and they may exhibit more hostile and aggressive behaviors.Therefore,it is necessa-ry to promote emotional regulation of preschool children during the preschool education stage,so as to make their emotions stable and happy.Based on the comprehensive consideration of the value of family-kindergarten collaboration in promoting children's emotional regulation,it is advocated to persist in saying"no"to inappropriate emotional expressions in children,skillfully use the role model of older children,and use the emotional regulation value of children's picture books and the strategy of jointly building a child friendly growth environment to promote emotional regulation in preschool children.
