摘要
持续选派第一书记驻村帮扶是推进西南民族村寨振兴的重要举措.文章从适应能力、领导能力、业务能力三方面探讨乡村振兴第一书记自身能力对帮扶成效的影响,其中适应能力是前提,即对新的自然环境、生活环境、工作环境、社会环境的适应;领导能力是关键,主要包括第一书记的感召力、影响力、前瞻力、决策与控制力;业务能力是核心,主要包括为民办事服务、增收致富等能力.以期在加快西南民族村寨振兴的同时为党委政府选派第一书记提供参考借鉴.
Abstract
Continuously selecting cadres-to-village is an important measure to promote the revital-ization of ethnic villages in Southwest China.This paper explores the impact of cadres-to-village of rural revitalization's own abilities on the effectiveness of assistance from three aspects:adaptability,leadership ability,and professional ability.Among them,adaptability is the prerequisite,that is,adapta-tion to the new natural environment,living environment,working environment,and social environment.Leadership ability is crucial,mainly including the charisma,influence,foresight,decision-making and control of cadres-to-village.Business ability is the core,mainly including the ability to serve the people,increase income,and become rich.In order to accelerate the revitalization of ethnic villages in Southwest China and select cadres-to-village for the village,this paper provides a reference for it.
