摘要
贵州是全国蔬菜主产区之一,有着自然条件优越、蔬菜种植面积大、蔬菜人均占有量高等优势.本文从生产规模、成本收益、产业发展方面将贵州省蔬菜产业与山东、河南、河北、湖南、湖北、广东、四川等蔬菜产业大省进行比较.研究得出:贵州省蔬菜总成本虽然低,收益却远远低于其他省份,不占优势,在产业发展方面贵州省蔬菜产业的基础较好,特别是种植面积较高,有一定的发展潜力.对此,本文提出了提高生产设施装备水平、加大农业科学技术投入、促进蔬菜全产业链发展、加强政府扶持和基地建设等对策建议.
Abstract
Guizhou is one of the main vegetable producing areas in China,with advantages such as su-perior natural conditions,large vegetable planting area,and high per capita vegetable ownership.This paper compares the vegetable industry in Guizhou Province with major vegetable industry provinces such as Shandong province,Henan province,Hebei province,Hunan province,Hubei province,Guang-dong province,and Sichuan province in terms of production scale,cost-benefit,and industrial devel-opment.The study found that although the total cost of vegetables in Guizhou Province is low,and the revenue is far lower than other provinces.But in terms of industrial development,Guizhou's vegetable industry has a good foundation,especially with a high planting area,which has certain development po-tential.In this regard,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as improving the level of production facilities and equipment,increasing investment in agricultural science and technology,promoting the development of the entire vegetable industry chain,and strengthening government sup-port and base construction.
