铸牢中华民族共同体意识视域下新乡贤参与乡村治理研究

摘要
铸牢中华民族共同体意识作为新时代党的民族工作的"主线","四个与共"作为中华民族共同体建设过程的理论自觉,反映的是要铸牢中华民族共同体意识的价值诉求.新乡贤参与乡村治理,构建"多元一体"的乡村治理共同体格局赋能乡村振兴,这与"四个与共"具有相同的旨归.新形势下,新乡贤参与乡村治理,从宣传与认同、角色与定位、引导与规范、制度与机制、引领与助力五个角度出发,助力乡村实现善治,以乡村善治赋能乡村振兴,为推动铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供新的路径选择.
Abstract
Consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation is the"main line"of the Party's ethnic work in the new era,and"Four Harmonies"is the theoretical consciousness of the construc-tion process of the Chinese national community,reflecting the value demand of consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation.New rural affairs elites participating in rural governance and con-structing a"diverse and integrated"rural governance community pattern to empower rural revitaliza-tion shares the same purpose as the"Four Harmonies".When new rural affairs elites participates in rural governance,he/she starts from five perspectives:publicity and identification,role and positio-ning,guidance and regulation,system and mechanism,and guidance and assistance,to help rural areas achieve good governance,empower rural revitalization with good governance,and provide new path choices for promoting the construction of a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.
