摘要

为探求学前教育专业师范生人格特征、共情能力、儿童观三者之间的关系,本研究采用问卷测量法,以655名学前教育专业师范生为研究对象,对其人格特征、儿童观、共情水平进行研究,发现了人格特征、儿童观、共情三者之间的关系,构建出以共情为中介的儿童观和人格特征关系的中介作用模型,并基于儿童观的视角,对改善学前教育专业师范生职前人才培养提出建议.

Abstract

In order to explore the relationship between personality traits,empathy ability,and view for children of normal students majoring in preschool education,this study used a questionnaire measure-ment method,with 655 college preschool education major normal students as the research objects,to study their personality traits,view for children,and empathy level.The relationship among these three levels was discovered,and a mediation model by empathy of the relationship between view for children and personality traits was constructed.Based on the perspective of view for children,suggestions were made to improve the training of normal students majoring in preschool education.
