摘要
为茶产业发展提供公共管理服务,对于促进茶产业的高质量发展,带动乡村振兴具有重要意义.文章对贵州省金沙县茶产业的公共管理服务进行了调查,通过研究发现,该县在推进规模化种植、机械化生产、品牌化创建等方面提供公共管理服务取得了积极成效.为进一步提升县域茶产业现代化水平,促进茶产业发展成效,提出树立新公共治理理念、加强人才培养、开展品牌监管等改进公共管理服务的措施,以促进茶产业的高质量发展.
Abstract
Providing public management services for the development of the tea industry is of great significance in promoting high-quality development of the tea industry and driving rural revitaliza-tion.This paper conducted a survey on the public management services of the tea industry in Jinsha County,Guizhou Province.Through research,it was found that the county has provided public manage-ment services in promoting large-scale planting,mechanized production,and brand creation,and has achieved positive results.However,factors such as outdated public management concepts,weak man-agement forces,lack of scientific and technological talents,and low technical level have hindered the effectiveness of public management services.To this end,measures have been proposed to strengthen management and protection efforts,accumulate management resources,enhance talent cultivation,and enhance technical level to improve public management services,in order to promote the high-quality development of the tea industry.
