基于SWOT矩阵分析的宁国市科技创新驱动因素和高质量发展路径研究

摘要
全面建成社会主义现代化强国是我国的第二个百年奋斗目标,科技创新是发展的第一动力,打造世界主要科学中心和创新高地是推进社会主义现代化强国的战略定位和必然历史进程.2024年3月5日,习近平总书记强调要因地制宜发展新质生产力,而新质生产力的核心就是科技创新.本文首先阐释了安徽省宣城宁国市科技创新发展的总体概况;其次,结合具体实际,对宁国市内外部环境进行SWOT矩阵分析,进一步明确宁国市科技创新驱动优势机会、劣势威胁等重要影响要素;最后,根据新形势、新任务、新机遇和新挑战,以国家战略为导向,有针对性地提出了宁国市科技创新高质量发展的战略定位、发展路径及对策,以期进一步提升宁国市科技创新能力、突破科技创新瓶颈、开创科技创新新模式,不断塑造新动能、展现新优势,谱写科技创新赋能经济社会高质量发展的宁国新篇章.
Abstract
Technological innovation is the primary driving force for development,and building a major scientific center and innovation highland in the world is the strategic positioning and inevitable histori-cal process of promoting a socialist modernized strong country.This paper first explains the overall o-verview of scientific and technological innovation development in Ningguo City,Anhui province,and then based on specific realities,conduct a SWOT matrix analysis of the internal and external environ-ment of Ningguo City,further clarifying important influencing factors such as advantages,opportuni-ties,disadvantages,and threats driven by technological innovation in Ningguo City.Finally,based on the new situation,new tasks,new opportunities,and new challenges,guided by national strategy,a tar-geted strategic positioning,development path,and countermeasures for the high-quality development of scientific and technological innovation in Ningguo City have been proposed,with the aim of further enhancing Ningguo City's scientific and technological innovation capabilities,breaking through techno-logical innovation bottlenecks,creating new models of scientific and technological innovation,continu-ously shaping new momentum,demonstrating new advantages,and composing a new chapter of Ningguo s comprehensive and high-quality development empowered by scientific and technological innova-tion.
