铸牢中华民族共同体意识是新时代党和国家民族工作的主线,也是教育工作的主要方向.师范院校实施铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育有助于各民族交往交流交融,实现中华民族伟大复兴;有助于教师永葆"中国底色",推进教育强国建设;有助于提升师范生综合素养,培养新时代大先生.师范教育与铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育在目标上、内容上、理念上高度契合,师范院校在实践中围绕"五个认同",通过坚持立德树人、以文化人、三全育人、知行合一的原则,树立坚定的共同体理念、营造积极向上的育人环境、构建动态协同的育人机制从而实现理论与实践同步共育.
Abstract
Consolidating the sense of community of the Chinese nation is the main line of the the Com-munist Party of China and the national ethnic work in the new era,and it is also the main direction of education work.The implementation of consolidating the sense of community of the Chinese nation ed-ucation in normal universities is conducive to the communication,exchange,and integration of various ethnic groups as well as the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,to maintaining teachers'essence on education in promoting the construction of an educational powerhouse,and to en-hancing the comprehensive literacy of normal college students for becoming outstanding educators in the new era.Normal education and consolidating the sense of community of the Chinese nation educa-tion are highly compatible in terms of goals,content,and philosophy.Normal universities should focus on the"five identifications"in practice,establish a firm sense of community,create a positive and up-ward educational environment,and build a dynamic collaborative educational mechanism by adhering to the principles of moral education,cultural education,all-round education,and the integration of knowledge and action,in order to achieve synchronous education of theory and practice.
