The morphemes in Buyi-Chinese hybrid words come from Buyi language and Chinese re-spectively.It is one of the main manifestations of Buyi language borrowing Chinese vocabulary and is a product of the contact between Buyi language and Chinese.By discussing and analyzing the types,word formation methods,and semantic characteristics of Buyi-Chinese hybrid words,it can be seen that the formation of hybrid words enriches the vocabulary system of Buyi language,promotes the pre-cise development of semantic expression in Buyi language,and is also an important factor in the disyl-labic vocabulary of Buyi language.It is also a reflection of the long-term exchange and integration of Buyi nationality and Han nationality in culture.
