The era of educational informatization has given rise to a new type of education model that promotes educational sharing,integration of teaching resources,and diverse learning methods.Big da-ta,mobile terminals,and other technologies are widely used in the field of education,and their applica-tion value is becoming increasingly prominent.They are disrupting traditional perceptions of teachers and promoting the integration of information education and English subject.This paper first establishes the connotation and logical framework of TPACK,elaborates on the characteristics and knowledge structure of TPACK among college English teachers,and further analyzes the current development sta-tus of TPACK among college English teachers.Based on this,this paper proposes to stimulate the en-thusiasm of college English teachers for professional development and comprehensively improve their TPACK quality level,to establish an English information technology teaching group and carry out situ-ational teaching practice,to build a teaching practice team and creating authentic teaching scenarios,to develop a standard system for the professional development of teachers,to establish a sound TPACK guarantee mechanism and other strategies for college English teachers,in order to provide reference for improving the TPACK professional development of college English teachers in the context of education-al informatization.
