摘要
"数实融合"在二十大报告再一次提及,并上升为国家战略层次,当前"数实融合"呈现系统化、多方位的融合特性,应以"技术、产业、社会"三位一体的系统性思维进行研究.以此为研究基点,本文将浙江11个地级市数字经济的发展情况作为研究对象,构建"技术-组织-环境"(TOE)研究框架,设计数字基础设施建设(T);产业数字化、数字产业化、新业态新模式(O);政府与社会数字化(E)五个研究变量,进行指标处理与数据校准后利用软件fsQCA3.0进行了实证分析,得出技术驱动型、组织驱动型和环境驱动型三条"数实融合"路径,并进行了相关分析和提升建议.
Abstract
Integration of digital economy and real economy was mentioned again in the Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and rose to the level of national strategy lev-el.At present,the integration of digital economy and real economy presents systematic and multi-di-rectional integration characteristics,and should be studied with the systematic thinking of"technology,industry and society".Based on this,this paper takes the development of digital economy in 11 prefec-ture-level cities in Zhejiang province as the research object,constructs the"technology-organization-environment"(TOE)research framework,and designs the construction of digital infrastructure(T),industrial digitalization,digital industrialization,new business forms and new models(O),and five research variables of digitization of government and society(E).After index processing and data calibration,fsQCA 3.0 software was used for empirical analysis,and three paths for the integration of digital economy and real economy were obtained:technology-driven,organization-driven and envi-ronment-driven,and relevant analysis and improvement suggestions were made.
