"Cultivating outstanding and innovative talents"is a prominent feature of the construction of"double first-class",and an important part of it is the cultivation of"dual-innovation"talents.The cultivation of graduate students'"dual-innovation"ability is a practical need to promote the construction of"double first-class"and alleviate the employment pressure,and it is also an objective requirement to realize the free and comprehensive development of graduate students.However,the cur-rent practice of cultivating graduate students'"dual-innovation"ability has the problems of insuffi-cient thrust of policies and regulations,uneven teacher strength,and poor integration of courses.Refer-ring to the successful experience of cultivating graduate students'"dual-innovation"ability in"double first-class"universities at home and abroad,and combining with the reality of China's grad-uate students'"dual-innovation"cultivation,this paper thinks that graduate students'"dual-inno-vation"ability should be enhanced by formulating supporting policies and strengthening the develop-ment of"dual-innovation"ability.Moreover,a full-time and part-time complementary faculty should be established to improve the level of education and teaching.Finally,a theoretical-practical combination of curriculum system should be constructed to promote the integrated development of spe-cialties.
