The"new rural affairs elites in rural governance"in ethnic areas is an inevitable path to promote the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside and to consolidate the sense of community for the Chinese nation.This paper takes"new rural affairs elites in rural governance"as an entry point,and takes Liannan Yao Autonomous County as a case sample to answer the question of how new rural affairs elites in ethnic areas can empower the"three governance integration"in the countryside in the new era.From a practical logic perspective,the empowerment of rural"three governance inte-gration"in new rural affairs elites in ethnic areas is reflected in the"vertical and horizontal connec-tion","diversified autonomy","prestige inertia","hierarchical moral governance",and"entrusted transmission"of"rule of law infiltration".At the level of strengthening the path,the advantage of em-powering rural"three governance integration"in ethnic areas'new rural affairs elites needs to be con-solidated and developed through measures such as strengthening the party spirit cultivation of new ru-ral affairs elites,safeguarding their democratic rights,and mobilizing them to participate in cultural construction.Through the exploration of"new rural affairs elites in rural governance"in ethnic areas,the theoretical connotation of"new rural affairs elites in rural governance"in the new era has been enriched,and the effective extension of the"three governance integration"in rural areas has been pro-moted.
