The Employment within County-Level System among Returning Youth and Its Cause of Formation
In recent years,some county youth in big cities came back to their original countries and find jobs within county-level system,grasping this trend is of vital significance for cultivating developmental environment towards youth.Through the relevant interviews with returning youth,this article tries to analyze this phenomenon and its cause of formation.According to the findings,for some"county youth"ever studying and working in big cities,there exists the trend of leaving big cities and find jobs within county-level system.The main causes of formation include the following aspects:the county environment are more prone to satisfy their needs for"stable"and"respectable"life;the concepts like"face"and"a good scholar will become an official",etc.still exist in county environment,which could influence their choice of employment within the county-level system;local talent introduction policies would strengthen their beliefs of coming back to county and getting employment,but the lack of large-scale enterprises would lead them to find jobs within the system.These findings have some implications for introduction of talent in county environment.
