The Social Networks'Complex Return Mechanisms Regarding Rural Youth's Undertakings of Engineering Projects
Regarding rural youth's undertakings of engineering projects,this phenomenon has become an important issue in the study of social networks'return mechanisms.According to the findings,the interactions among rural youth,brokers and contacts in social networks are characterized by"strength of relationships as the guide and exchange of interests as the reality".Brokers also act as intermediaries among different actors or groups;regarding the attachment to relationships,besides"information"and"influence",there also exists the exchanges of interests.The returns generated by rural youth's social networks not only include the single return of favors or interests,but also include the mixed returns combining favors and interests.Studying the process and mechanism regarding rural youth's undertakings of engineering projects,we could prove the mechanisms for the flow of urban-rural elements and improve high-quality development of urban-rural integration.
