青年群体的公共服务满意度与生育意愿

摘要
本文采用2023年中国社会状况综合调查数据,分析青年群体的公共服务满意度对青年生育意愿的影响.结果显示,青年群体公共服务综合满意度的提高会提振青年的生育意愿,此正向作用对中层青年最为明显.社会保障、就业、医疗、教育四类公共服务满意度的作用不同,社会保障服务满意度的促进作用最强.因此,在改善公共服务满意度以提升青年生育意愿时,相关政策应以中层青年为首要目标人群,以提高青年群体的社会保障服务满意度为首选路径.
Abstract
This paper uses the data from the Chinese Social Survey(2023)to analyze the impact of public service satisfaction on fertility intentions among youth groups.The results indicate that an increase in overall satisfaction with public services of young people can boost youth fertility intentions,and this positive effect is most pronounced among middle-class youth.There are differences in the effects of public service satisfaction:social security,employment,medical care,and education,with social security service satisfaction having the strongest facilitating effect.Therefore,when it comes to improving youth fertility intentions through improvement of public services,relevant policies should take middle-class youth as the primary target population,while promoting the satisfaction of young people with social security services is the preferred approach.
