近年来癌症的发生呈现年轻化趋势.患癌作为中断人生进程的重大事件,成为青年患者生命历程的"转折点"."病人角色""家庭角色"与"工作角色"的叠加让青年患者难以按照标准社会时间表推进自己的人生进程,由此带来了生命时间与以年龄为基础的社会秩序的错位.青年患者通过与社会规范保持"松散匹配"、对家庭责任进行补偿性承担、对工作重新定位和调整来应对.然而,青年患者还需要更多的社会支持来帮助他们维系个体生命与社会进程的纽带.
Abstract
In recent years,the incidence of cancer has shown a tendency to be younger.As a major event that interrupts the course of life,cancer has become a"turning point"in the life course of young patients.The"patient role,""family role,"and"working role"converge,placing young people in a challenging position where they are unable to adhere to the standard social timetable.Cancer causes the mismatch between individual life-time and the age-based social order.Young patients by maintaining a"loose fit"with social norms,compensating for family responsibilities,and reorienting and reorganizing their work to cope with the situation.However,young people also need additional social support to help them in bridging individual life-time and social time.
