结构赋能、价值激发与儿童社区参与的长效机制研究

儿童参与是儿童友好城市建设的核心要义与目的归宿.本文遵循结构赋能一价值激发的分析路径,考察儿童社区参与实践的过程及长效机制.研究发现,社区结构在赋能儿童社区参与实践的同时,也激发了儿童的主体价值.价值激发赋予儿童更强的主体性,促使儿童主体行动对社区参与过程形成反馈并重构儿童社区参与的结构性条件.主体性导向下的"身份感""获得感"与"效能感"构成了儿童社区参与的核心动力,三者共同推动儿童社区参与实践的可持续发展.
Abstract
Children's participation is the core meaning and destination of the construction of child-friendly cities.This paper follows the analytical path of structure empowerment-value stimulation to investigate the process and long-term mechanism of children's community participation practice.It is found that community structure not only empower children's community participation practice,but also stimulate children's subject value.Value stimulation empowers children with greater subjectivity,children can provide feedback to community participation process and reconstruct the structural conditions of children's community participation.Under the guidance of subjectivity,"sense of identity,""sense of gain"and"sense of efficacy"constitute the main driving force of children's community participation,which together promote the development of children's community participation practice.
