摘要
全球智能传播研究十分关注算法衍生出的多个议题.本研究统计分析了 2023年发表于国际国内代表性新闻传播期刊的智能传播论文的研究主题,提炼出"媒体机构与算法技术""算法审计""人机差异""算法文化""算法话语"五个核心研究方向.其中,"媒体机构与算法技术"主题侧重于探讨新闻机构对算法平台的依赖性以及新闻从业者的新闻价值追求与智能技术之间的张力;"算法审计"主题展现出关注对象更多元、设计更复杂、视角更广阔的动向,与"算法审计"相互补的研究思路也正在涌现;"人机差异"领域既涌现出大量针对特定应用的微观实证研究,也催生了对既有研究范式冲突的反思;"算法文化"主题特别强调算法对人类社会文化的反哺作用,从算法化自我、算法化连结、算法化媒介实践角度探讨"人机共建"的意义生成;"算法话语"被广泛用于分析洞察算法技术背后的意识形态研究,涉及媒体话语、科技公司话语、规范话语等维度.
Abstract
Global intelligent communication research pays significant attention to multiple issues arising from algorithms.This study conducted statistical analysis of research themes in intelligent communication papers published in representative international and domestic journalism and communication journals in 2023,extracting five core research directions:Media Institutions and Algorithm Technology,Algorithmic Audit,Human-Machine Differences,Algorithmic Culture,and Algorithmic Discourse.The theme of"Media Institutions and Algorithm Technology"focuses on exploring the dependency of news organizations on algorithmic platforms and the tension between journalistic values and intelligent technology among news practitioners.The theme of"Algorithmic Audit"demonstrates a trend toward more diverse objects of concern,complex designs,and broader perspectives,with emerging research approaches complementing each other.In the field of"Human-Machine Differences",a plethora of micro-empirical studies targeting specific applications have emerged,along with reflections on existing research paradigm conflicts.The theme of"Algorithmic Culture"particularly emphasizes the reciprocal impact of algorithms on human societal culture,exploring the significance of"human-machine co-construction"from the perspectives of algorithmization of the self,algorithmization of connections,and algorithmization of media practices."Algorithmic Discourse"is widely used to analyze and understand the ideological implications behind algorithmic technology,covering dimensions such as media discourse,technology company discourse,and regulatory discourse.
