From National Security to Global Security:Conceptual Innovation and Practical Turn in the International Communication of Security Issues
What is the theoretical inspiration and practical guidance of the concept of global security concept to improve the international communication capacity of security issues?This paper discusses the international communication of security issues from the perspective of the global security concept.The paper argues that the global security concept,which continues the idea of"harmony"in traditional Chinese culture and highlights the concept of a global community of shared future,is a new proposal for China's participation in solving global security problems,providing a new security paradigm for the world to get out of the dilemma of security governance,and at the same time offering a new concept and a new vision for the international communication of security issues.At the conceptual level,global security concept promotes the innovation of international communication concepts on security issues,which is manifested in the innovation of communication concepts for globalization of international communication and the innovation of communication concepts for the autonomization of international communication.At the practical level,international communication on security issues under the guidance of global security concept is undergoing changes in the three dimensions of communication content,communication strategy and narrative style.
