From Issues to Strategy:The Construction of the International Communication System on the Chinese National Community Narrative
This paper discusses the macro construction of the international communication system on the Chinese national community from the perspective of story-discourse theory.Following the research path of Chinese political narrative and national discourse,the paper is based on storytelling practice,and explores the core issues,shared discourse and narrative system of the Chinese national community narrative,and puts forward the strategic communication system as below.First,focus on the"Four Identifications"to build the core issues and narrative direction of international communication for the Chinese national community.Second,focus on the"Four Ones discourse"to construct a global discourse system of the Chinese national community.Third,focus on the"Five Transcendences"to construct a global narrative system of the Chinese national community.Fourth,focusing on the Chinese"storytelling network"to construct a global strategic communication system of the Chinese national community.
