摘要
实现共同富裕是我国社会主义本质要求和中国式现代化的重要特征,自往今来来社会的理想状态和人民的长期愿景.中国共产党为实现共同富裕做出一系列战略举措和政策指引.实现共同富裕就要深刻把握实现共同富裕的科学内涵,准确理解"富裕"与"共同"的关系、"效率"与"公平"的关系、"当前"与"长远"的关系.实现共同富裕的主要难题是城乡发展不平衡、区域发展不平衡、产业发展不平衡,而促进基本公共服务均等化与促进农民增收;促进区域协调发展与构建区域发展新格局;促进城乡产业良性互动与实体经济与虚拟经济互为支撑是实现共同富裕的基本途径.
Abstract
The goal of common prosperity is an essential theoretically requirement of Chinese socialism and a significant charac-teristic of Chinese-style modernization.It has been viewed as an ideal state of social life and an aspiration held by people all along.A-chieving common prosperity requires a thorough comprehension to achieve cornon prosperit scientific connotation and an accurate under-standing of the connection between prosperity and common,the relationship between efficiency and fairness,and the correlation be-tween current stage and long-term phase.Disparate development between rural and urban areas,regional disparities and imbalanced industrial structure are the main difficulties in the course of achieving common prosperity.Hovever promoting equalization of basic pub-lic services,increasing the income of peasantry,promoting coordinated regional development,creating a new pattern of regional devel-opment,facilitating positive interaction between urban and rural industries,and motivating the real and virtual economies to mutually support.Are the fundamental puths to achieving common prosperity.
