思想建设是一项基础性工程,加强党的思想建设是全面从严治党的基本方式.中国共产党自十八大以来,通过组织开展集中性学习活动、加强学校思想政治教育、推进家庭家教家风建设、弘扬重大斗争一线的奉献精神等创新举措来加强党的思想建设.这些举措特别注重马克思主义在意识形态中的指导地位,特别注重通过常态化党风廉政建设来加强思想建设,特别注重在思想建设中融入中华优秀传统文化,特别注重净化自媒体空间并培育健康的网络文化.新时代党加强思想建设在根本方向上,坚持以政治建设为统领;在基本要求上,以坚定理想信念为目标;在主要内容上,以科学的理论武装头脑;在保障方式上,坚持思想建设与制度建设相结合.
Innovative Measures,Distinctive Characteristics,and Basic Experience of the Party in Strengthening Ideological Construction since the 18th CPC National Congress
Ideological construction is a fundamental project,and strengthening the Party's ideological construction is the basic way to comprehensively and strictly govern the Party.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the CPC has strengthened the ideological construction of the Party by organizing and carrying out centralized learning activities,strengthening ideological and political education in schools,promoting the construction of family education and family values,and carrying forward the spirit of dedication at the front line of major struggles.These measures paid to the guiding role of Marxism in ideology,paid to strengthening ideological construction through the normalization of party conduct and clean government construction paid to integrating Chinese excellent traditional culture in-to ideological construction,paid to purifying the Personal media space and cultivating healthy Internet culture specially.In the new era,the Party has strengthened its ideological construction:in the fundamental direction,it adheres to political construction as the guiding principle;in terms of basic requirements,the goal is to firmly establish ideals and beliefs;in terms of main content,arm the mind with scientific theories;in terms of guarantee methods,adhere to the combination of ideological and institutional construction.
