The foreign discourse system of modern Chinese civilization is an important way to express and spread Chinese culture,which needs to adhere to the organic unity of connotation,value,reality and path.From the perspective of connotation,we can under-stand the basic characteristics of modern Chinese civilization and the definition of foreign discourse system with Chinese characteristics.From the value dimension,"two overall situations"is the need to enhance cultural soft power;"four self-confidence"is the premise to enhance the international discourse power;"two combination"is the guarantee to promote community identity.From the realistic dimen-sion,the cultural difference analysis focuses on international identity;multi-context analysis on communication effectiveness and media strategy analysis publicity reputation.From the perspective of path,the foreign discourse system of modern Chinese civilization needs to enhance the international communication atmosphere of Chinese civilization,enhance the communication effect of media narrative dis-course and optimize the autonomy of modern civilization resources.Comprehensive four-dimensional analysis provides development ide-as for telling Chinese stories well,spreading Chinese modern civilization and gaining international cultural identity.
