While promoting the development of the financial industry,the metaverse also poses risks of illegal fundraising crimes,organized and pyramid schemes,money laundering,foreign exchange,and other financial crimes.To effectively prevent and control risks,it is necessary for the public security organs to establish and improve the integrated crime risk prevention and control model of"platform-data-code".Public security organs should supervise and regulate platform compliance construction,continuously improve the collaborative governance mechanism of"public security organs-financial institutions-the public"and jointly create both"static"and"dynamic"risk prevention and control mechanisms.When it comes to data,public security organs should prioritize strengthening international cooperation and breaking data barriers to prevent and control financial crimes in the metaverse;through the use of the"Chain Eye"tracking and tracing system,electronic evidence can be promptly fixed;blockchain address tag recognition technology is utilized to precisely locate suspects and create a relationship map of the involved personnel.The public security organs should ensure adequate security auditing of smart contract code,enhance data-based practical combat capabilities,and achieve code-based law pre-embedding.
