Aming at the current problems of mental health education in colleges and universities,such as focusing on theoretical knowledge and neglecting application skills,lack of personalized and contextualized educational content,and lack of innovation in teaching methods,this paper exlores the feasible paths for introducing mindful self-compassion(MSC)into mental health education,in-cluding updating the course content,increasing the practice and interaction,and extending the classroom by digital resources,as well as to call for the active participation and innovation of self-compassion training methodology for college students by more mental heath ed-ucators.
