The aesthetic construction of"poetic geography"provides audiences with a unique way of imagination and identifica-tion in regard to the spatial narrative of urban film.B for Busy infuses daily narrative and cultural connotations into the process of spatial narrative through the poetic delineation of Shanghai's urban geographical space,the poetic washing of social space,and the poetic inter-textuality of contextual space.This makes the representation of urban imagery and character shaping,as well as the transmission of urban culture,intertwined and symbiotic.The film takes a poetic diversion to construct an image representation system of Shanghai,which is warm,powerful,and angular,thus forming the urban spatial narrative with a romantic background,prose poetry temperament,and a high degree of compatibility with Shanghai's regional cultural characteristics.
