摘要
新时代以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视文化建设,多次强调要以文化人;同时,在全面建成小康社会之后,文化发展、人们的文化需求满足等方面在中国式现代化高质量发展中的地位愈发重要,以文化人已经成为新征程文化建设与人的发展的重要内容.新征程对以文化人的强调,就是在对文化价值新定位、人民发展新需求、铸魂育人新挑战的综合回应基础上生发的.这一特殊的时代背景构成了新征程以文化人出场的时空方位.对这一背景基础的深刻认知是我们理解并研究新征程以文化人理论与实践的重要前提,也是我们在认知与实践中进一步学习贯彻习近平文化思想,推动宣传思想工作与思想政治教育改革创新的必要内容.
Abstract
Since the new era,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to cultural construction and repeatedly emphasized the need to build a culture for the people;at the same time,after the completion of a moderately affluent society in all respects,the development of culture and the fulfillment of the cultural needs of the people have be-come more and more important in the high-quality development of Chinese-style modernization,and to build a culture for the people has become an important part of the construction of culture and the development of people for the new journey.The new journey's em-phasis on culture and people is based on a comprehensive response to the new positioning of cultural values,the new needs of people's development,and the new challenges of casting souls and educating people.This special background of the times constitutes the spa-tial and temporal orientation of the new journey in which culture and people are emphasized.A deep knowledge of this background is an important prerequisite for us to understand and study the theory and practice of the new journey of taking culture as a human being,and it is also a necessary content for us to further study and implement Xi Jinping's cultural thought in cognition and practice,and to pro-mote the reform and innovation of propaganda and ideological work as well as ideological and political education.
