摘要
在新的历史方位上继续推动文化繁荣、建设文化强国以及构建中华民族现代文明,为新时代文明指明了进步方向,明确了行动文化.全面理解新时代文明的进步方向,需要深入研究文明与文化动力关系,其中动力源泉在于中华文明的独特性和文明形态的演进,而推动文明进步的总体性逻辑则在于以中华文明为基础的文明交流互鉴.在此基础上,新时代文明进步的时空跨越和行动文化方向选择,应以中国实践来打破"西方中心论",在继承与开拓中实现文明元素跨越.同时,以新发展理念、"五位一体"构想和以人民为中心的重要性为指导,把握文明进步方向的总体性逻辑,并在行动中体现文化选择,为全球文明倡议谱写了新时代的新篇章.
Abstract
Continuing to promote cultural prosperity,build a cultural power,and construct modern Chinese civilization at a new starting point indicates the progress direction for civilization in the new era and clarifies action culture.Comprehensively understanding the progress direction of civilization in the new era requires deep research into the relationship between civilization and cultural dynam-ics,where the driving force lies in the uniqueness of Chinese civilization and the evolution of civilization forms.The overall logic for promoting civilization progress lies in civilization exchange and mutual learning based on Chinese civilization.On this basis,the spatio-temporal leap and action culture choice of civilization progress in the new era aim to break the"Western-centrism"through Chinese practice and achieve the leap of civilization elements in inheritance and innovation.With new development concepts,the"Five in One"vision,and the importance of people-centeredness,we grasp the overall logic of civilization progress direction and embody cul-tural choices in actions,writing a new chapter for global civilization initiatives in the new era.
